Hello, I'm creating an InfoPath form for use in a SharePoint document library. This library will store asset information. Each item in the library will have a corresponding update year and estimated cost that users will fill out in the InfoPath form that determines when the asset will need to be replaced and how much it will cost to replace it. I have 20 fields that correspond to 20 years (Year1Amt, Year2Amt etc. ) that will store the estimated upgrade cost of each item. The Year1Amt will always correspond to the current year. The problem is that at the end of the year, the Year1Amt will correspond to the new year, but all of the values stored in the Year1Amt column will still be the previous year amounts. I need a way to move all of the values over a year when the year changes.

I hope this makes sense and someone knows of a solution.. This is the last hurdle I need to get over to finish this project! If I need to clarify anything to help you understand this problem, let me know.
