To be honest with you, I am really confused and don't know which way to go! Any other idea from you would be welcomed. Do you have any sample step-by-step instructions that you think might be good for my problem? Is there any other way to capture data from repeated tables? That is the most challenging part of this problem. Thanks for your help.

Re: Is it possible to submit an InfoPath 2007 to multiple SharePoint 2010 Lists?

The issue you will run into then is that you will have a very hard time without any code creating the CAML for your submit when you have repeating data. You won't want to make the user submit one row at a time.

Offhand, I would think that you could have a very large number of Method nodes in your CAML XML file when you create the data connection, then use a manual manifest change like this to set all of them.

Re: Is it possible to submit an InfoPath 2007 to multiple SharePoint 2010 Lists?

Thanks ErnestoM,

I am more interested in work arounds since we can not use any utilities since this solution will have to be installed on a client site. As part of this migration, we can not have any c# or VB code associated. All we can use is CAML kind of coding. :-(

Re: Is it possible to submit an InfoPath 2007 to multiple SharePoint 2010 Lists?

Hi,

To achieve this we use qRules, since there's nothing out of the box in InfoPath to achieve this.

There are other workaround, though none "easy". A quick Google search reveals this and other sites.

There is a free trial of qRules available on Qdabra.com, and Hilary's blog posts should be a pretty good starting point (link below).

http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2012/05/30/qrules-submittosharepointlist-walkthrough-for-v4-2.aspx

Good luck!

Is it possible to submit an InfoPath 2007 to multiple SharePoint 2010 Lists?

Hi all,

Thanks in advance for your help. I am new to InfoPath/SharePoint integration and I have a project that I can not figure it out. I have a long InfoPath 2007 form that contains several repeated tables. I need to process this form and submit the data from these repeated tables to different SharePoint 2010 lists. The Infopath form has several views for readability and organization purposes. The Sumbit to SharePoint option is at the very end of the InfoPath form. Can data from several repeated tables be submitted to different SharePoint lists on the same SP site? I appreciate it if you have any step-by-step instructions on a solution.

Thanks!
