What is some ways I can assign each product to a speicific vendor and extract that information into another form and create a RFQ for mutiple vendors.

I narrowed my options to using

C#

SQL tables - BCS

web services

excel form with a data connection

XML forms

word automation services

I am just not sure how to architect the deisgn or what would be the optimal approach. any suggestions? Can I loop through a repeating table where each product is assigned to its own vendor and display and sort that in another view and than from there create a form?
