Hi

Newbie here so please forgive any ignorance :)

I am trying to implement a staff competancy management system onto SharePoint on Office 365. I already have a staff list with name, location and staff no etc. Each person has a number of different competancies different periodicities.

I've got in my list: Staff No / Full Name / Location / Competency Type / Periodicity / Completed (check box)

When I customise my form I will create a read only text box to put in the date completed.

What I want to do:

Automatically create a new list entry when this assessment has been completed (the check box ticked and the form submitted)

Automatically email people every month with a list of all competencies due or overdue within the next 2 months

Any thoughts and ideas on the best way to acomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Sam.
