There seems to be about 30 people who are charged w/ update the worksheet. Each person is responsible for updating as many as 120 rows in the worksheet. Today, this is done thru emails and an admininstrator updating a master worksheet. Now, they want a dynamic solution which will not only allow updating, store teh data but provide reporting capabilities. They seek control over who can see and update spcific rows. Each row has a "business contact" and they should only be able to see & update the rows they are responsible for. In addition, after the first version/update, they want the fields in the rows to be pre-populated with the information the "business contact" entered the last time they updated the worksheet.

My thoughts have ranged from an Access DB, which is frowned upon by the company for secutiry reasons, to a Axcel Service Webpart - which I have not used - to XML file tied to an InfoPath form.. Not sure if any of these thoughts make sense. If there is a better solution?

Thanks
