update sharepoint list items from form

Can anybody help me, this seems like it should be simple but im struggling to work it out,

I have a sharepoint lists storing data and i have created a info path form which recieves data from that list and displays all the rows in a repeating table/secton.

I would like to be able to edit the items in the form and press a button to save/overwrite that data in the sharepoint list, can anyone help me achive this?

Also is it possible to show a repeating table, 1 item at a time with a next arrow to scroll through them, like access does with its fields.

I am using sharepoint 2010 and infopath 2010 all of my forms are and need to be browser based.
