When the approvers receive the Tasks email and click Open this task, some are&nbsp;able to open&nbsp;and approve the task from within &nbsp;their outlook email, however clicking open this task does not do anything for other users. and in one case, the user is taken to the acutal task list.</p> <p>What&nbsp;&nbsp;can we&nbsp;do so that the users are able to open and approve the task&nbsp; from within outlook? without going to the task list? There is no indication that this is a permission issue.</p>
