Publish both forms as content types. During the last screen of the publish dialog, you can map the separate fields to the same Site Columns. I know that i could create a form with fields combined from both forms, promote all the propertied and then publish it - just wondering if there is a cleaner way, can you add them direct to sharepoint? Thanks
