You'll want to search for User Roles and view switching. To summarize, you'll be able to create user roles in your form, and depending on the role the user falls in you can send the user to a different view. A quick Google search is sure to yield some step by step tutorials from MSDN or other blogs. Good luck!

User permissions based off of user ID

Hi,

I am fairly new in InfoPath 2010.

I want to grant certain permissions based off of a users ID. I will have a form where a user can add a project, their userId will be saved also. Other people can access this form once it has been submitted. I want to grant the user who created the project full permission to the form while other users only have certain permissions. So, the user who created the project can edit all the information about the project. The other users of the project can only change the status, add documents, etc.

Is this possible in Infopath?

Thanks for your help!!
