Clearly this would only be applicable when the item ID does exists, i.e. when opening an already submitted form. I've been trying not to use coding, but do not seem to find a way; a Data Connection to a SharePoint library would not allow me to "Only retrieve data for the active form" on IP 2003, which would seem to be the optimal.

Even if using code, any example of an easy implementation would be welcome; I have some experience in invoking SharePoint web-services from an IP form, but that would seem far too complicated for such a task, there should be an easier way...

Thanks!

Renato
