I have a workflow that writes back to an infopath by streaming file contents, using the XMLnamespaceManager to change the relevant element inner xml value.This has been working fine up until I moved the form and workflow to SPS2010, Luckily I can debug the workflow, upon inspection I find no error! My guess is something happening here as I have no null vlaues up to this point and these lines save the file back SharePoint.
var myOutStream = new MemoryStream();

myDoc.Save(myOutStream);

myFile.SaveBinary(myOutStream.ToArray());

I call this method twice with different values and neither gets written back to the form.

Is there something I am missing?

Is there maybe a new approach to doing this in SPS2010?

Hope you can help.
