Infopath Clearing my columns

When I publish a form to SharePoint it is clearing my columns and I have to rebuild all users views.

In my 'All Document' view the columns stay there but are out of order and not populated with the data from the form. Re-linking them all does not help, but if I checkout and then check-in the data re-populates.For any created views, the columns are removed completely and I have to go back and add the columns back to the view.So if I publish the form to my test environment and then back to my production it clears the columns, but If I republish the form to the same library it does not clear the columns.

Any thoughts? I have to be able to publish to a test environment and then into a production without losing the columns.InfoPath 2007 (2003 compatible) going to SharePoint 2010.
