I have an Infopath for set up in one of my Sharepoint sites that has a workflow assigned to it. Here's how it works:

Users fill out the form and submit it via a submit button which kicks off the workflow that sends it to the manager of the form

The workflow waits for the manager to assign an evaluator to the form via a contact select the clicks submit again to send the form to that person(s)

The evaluator(s), reads the form approves or rejects the request then sends it back to the manager of the content via a submit button which completes the last step of the workflow

Everything is working fine until the end. When the manager clicks on what is supposed to be the evaulated (approved or rejected form) in the last workflow email, it's returning a bad request message. So what I did was copy that bad request URL into an notepad document along with the URL of the evaluated form when I open it form the form library on Sharepoint. The URLs are very different which is why I think it's not finding the form from the URL in the workflow email. In the workflow email I'm using an Encoded Absolute field that is set under some text so it looks like this:

<a href=[EncodedAbsoluteURL%]&Source=xxxx/xxxx.aspx&DefaultItemOpen=1>View Form</a>

The manager of this form has the ability to set more than one approver/evaluator. This is when the problems began because I set the form up so if there's more than one evaluator a new form gets saved with their name in the title to distinguish who did the evaluation. So if there are two evaulators at the end of the process there would be three forms: The initial one that the user filled out, and one for each evaluator. I think this is what's causing the problem because the Encoded URL might be looking for a different form. I've tried to put other paths and URLs in the workflow email that are available in the workflow but nothing else worked. Does anyone know who to rememdy this so when the manager clicks on the link in the evaulated workflow email they are taken to the form directly?

Thanks.
