In general, you shouldn't need code nor ShP Designer. Let me know if you want a free phone call to discuss. We're here to help you.

Thank you. I am fairly new to teaching myself SharePoint, so I don't have the background to follow your reply. Is it that it will require coding or using SharePoint Designer to accomplish automating the publishing of an InfoPath template once the user fills it out into the web part of a site?

I'm wondering if you can't use one content type for all of these. That would simplify it. I'm guessing you can't because each form template is different, but keep in mind that you really do want to find a way to consolidate them into one content type to reduce maintenance down-the-road.

SharePoint SDK comes with admin tools that let you create command shell scripts to publish stuff, including XSNs. I forget the names of these but they are command line tools. We have code and other tool that do the same thing and I can look further, but I do recommend trying to consolidate and using data-driven techniques (secondary XML files) to make the templates different on open. You don't want to publish multiple copies because update i going to be a pain.

Automating the Infopath Published Form

Is there a way to have the Infopath form, once completed by the user, automatically publish to a SharePoint site web part page? Said another way, I would like the contents of the Infopath form to automatically publish to each project's SharePoint web part page. I would also like to be able to change the information once published.

Thank you,
