Glad you like qRules -- we think it is cool, too!

You can use two (or three, or more) mappings in the same form. The only thing your commands above are missing are that you'll have to have two separate submit data connections to SharePoint -- when we set up the data connection, we select the mapping file that has the batch that we want to submit. So you'd have ShPListSubmitA and ShPListSubmitB.

The 2.3 trial expires December 15. If for some reason you need a bit more time with the trial, you can email me through the forum and I can get you set up with a version that will expire a bit later...

Two mapping files in one InfoPath form

I had the trial version of qRules 2.2 working perfectly, in a fairly complex form with lots of views and electronic signatures. Now, the project has "bloomed". Here's what I want:

Original goal: one form to ultimately be a finished Minutes file, with electronic signatures. The discussion items are each recorded in a repeating table, the contents of which were extracted to Sharepoint List A (GFMC).

Now: same form, with a checkbox to show an additional repeating table for discussion in an adjoining meeting. The content from those repeating rows should be extracted to SharePoint List B (GFMCLLC).

So, I'm about to download the 2.3 version of qRules while I await vendor setup in accounting and completion of the PO to purchase qRules 2.3. Can I create 2 mapping files for use in the same infoPath form without messing up the qRules? I'm guessing that I would have a button for extracting to SPList A with the command field's value set to "SubmitToSharePointList /submit=ShPListSubmit /mapping=mappingGFMC" and another for SPList B, with command field's value set to "SubmitToSharePointList /submit=ShPListSubmit /mapping=mappingGFMCLLC".

How far off base am I and how can I make this work if that's not the right path to go down? Do I have to have 2 separate infoPath forms?

Thanks very much in advance for your help. This is really cool stuff.
