thank you for this hint. I solved it using a hash-key.

Is there a way to prevent infopath-fields to be changed by editing the xml?

Best regards,

i would suggest a step by tep approval.. not the concurrent one, bcoz in the concurrent one there are chances are user overwriting other users changes

Infopath + Sharepoint - Approval Workflow

Hello!

Haven't find this specific scenario, so that's why the new post:

I have created a form with Infopath 2010 that is publish to Sharepoint 2007. - No problems here.
I'm trying to have an approval workflow started for this form after it's revised.

My questions are basically these:

1) How can I make an specific field in the form editable by a specific user and/or sharepoint group?

2) If this form requires 3 different approvals (from 3 different persons) after is revised, can these approvals be concurrent, or should I create the WF to be a step-by-step approval process?

Many thanks,

Alex
