Are you using IP 2007? I know in IP 2007 when you create your email submit, you can choose to include the form in th ebody of the email. I can't remember for IP 2003, I'm afraid.

So, you create your email submit connection, and you can either use a formula to add the link to your form in the subject line (which would be convenient for users) or you could add it to the form itself so that it shows in the email. You can set your "To" to the field with the users in it. Then, for your Submit Options, change the form to use Rules. The first action would be submit to SharePoint, the second could be to submit with the email connection.

sending a link to a document just Submitted to a Sharepoint Library

Hi,

When i submit my form i woudl like to be able to do the following. (In Order)

Runs a webservice - and inserts a number (this is working fine and am comfortable with it)

Submit the form to a sharepoint library (i can handle this bit too)

Send an email to a list of users (defined by a field in the form). In this email i would like to attach a link, (plus an unedited view of the form if possible) to the infopath form stored in the sharepoint library (this bit i have no idea how to do it).

All this needs to happen with one submit button, and i can;t do code so can this be done without code.

Thanks.
