I have always received a lot of help from these forums and I hope today won't be any different.

I have a Form Library with a fully-trusted, administrator-approved form template which has been in use for 3 months. The users have now requested I add a new "urgency" field which I have done. When I am republishing the form I add the new "urgency" field to the columns list as "Site Column group: (None: Create new column in this library)" and give it the appropriate columns name of "Urgency". I then log into central admin, and upload the form. When I go back to the form library and refresh the sites column listing it does not appear.

So my question is how do I republish a form with a new column? Do I first need to create a content type and associate the new field/column with it? If that is the case how do I accomplish that?

Thank you in advance for your help and advice!

Cheers,

Mike J
