I have my form all made up and I am working on getting it to port it into Sharepoint with the click of the submit button.

I need it to make the file name a combination of Field 1 (last, First name) and field 2 (last four of SSN)

I need it to take those two fields and put them into the file name and save it. I have been getting alot of string errors when I fiddle with the coding in the connection data tabs.

Thanks!
