(User: TBGL\reis.pa, Form Name: Call Center Log, IP: , Request: http://[servername]/_layouts/Postback.FormServer.aspx, Form ID: urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:Call-Center-Log:-myXSD-2009-04-27T18-31-42, Type: DataAdapterException, Exception Message: A value in the form may be used to specify the file name. If you know the value in the form that specifies the file name, revise it and try again. Otherwise, contact the author of the form template.)

Our best guess was that due to the increased usage, the users were experiencing this error. However, we'd like to update our template so this issue doesn't happen again. Can anyone shed any light on why this was happening?

Thanks,
Matt
