We have had an infopath form that is submitted to a forms library in sharepoint 2007. Up until recently the published columns in the info path form in included frist name last name and site, now only the first name appears. The last name and site have dissapeared from 752 forms. However when opening the form the info is there and get re populated into the library after you re resubmit it. HAs anyone seen this? IS there a way to repopulate?
