This one's for IP 2003 but applies to IP 2007 as well, just use 12 folder in the registry instead of 11.

My guess is that they are not using Outlook 2007 or have it improperly configured. Ask them to repair Office by going to Control Panel and choosing Microsoft Office and Repair.

Good luck!

"Send to Mail Recpient" Option

I have published an InfoPath 2007 form on a SharePoint form library. Part of the process for the users is to go to the SharePoint form library, select "new" and then "new document" that opens a blank form. After the user fills out the form, they are required to email it (Outlook 2007) by going to the file menu and selecting "Send to Mail Recipient". I have over 100 users who have no problems with this process and it works fine, but have two users who do not have the "Send to Mail Recipient" as an option in the file drop down menu. Does anyone have any ideas on what setting needs to be changed to make this selection available?

Thanks,
Chuck C.
