Save your form as source files (under the File menu) and then open manifest.xsf in a text editor of your choice. Look for xsf:dataObjects. That is the element that will contain any secondary data connections for your form. You should be able to find your SAP information there.

Instead of changing this in the manifest, you should be able to just walk through the data connection again in InfoPath with the form in design mode. As I recall, IP will prompt you for your credentials each time. You can then fill in the credentials you want to use. I'm not familiar with SAP, so I'm not sure what choices IP will give you at that point.

Access to SAP with out using Single Sign-On/With Single Sign-On in Infopath Forms Services

We are working on Interoperability of SAP and SharePoint and we have an issue with connectivity. So, We have designed Admin approved InfoPath 2007 forms that grabs data from SAP web services. Here is the brief description of our issue:

1) We have an SAP user with username "USER1". Whenever a SharePoint user submits the data from InfoPath form, by default it is using "USER1" credentials. So, when we change the user password on SAP side, the connection is not going through.

2) When we publish these forms to the SharePoint site and when the users opens that form, they should be prompted for SAP username and password. But our users are never prompted for SAP credentials and then it is directly getting all the data from SAP irrespective of the user logged in to the SharePoint portal. Is there any way that we can prompt the users for SAP username and password(as we do in the InfoPath preview mode)?

3) All this is happening because we configured single sign-on earlier and we are trying to reconfigure the single sign-on with different user, but the connection is mapped to the earlier "USER1". That means it is stored some where but we don't know how to find it out. Where will these SAP credentials will be stored? and i am looking for a reply as early as you can.

Thanks,

Kalyan.
