If you need everything to show in the default ShP view, you can use a Web Service to filter on the server but that requires an install on your SharePoint box. Qdabra.com provide free trials of Web Services to improve SharePoint list querying and filtering...

You can use Qdabra's free qRules to copy SharePoint list items into your form and then sort it. You'll want to get version 1.7 which is coming out next week. It contains a new CopyTable command that works with SharePoint lists. It also includes sort support. http://www.infopathdev.com/files/folders/qrules/entry38856.aspx

Hope that helps!

modifying a repeating table

hello,

i have a data connection to my sharepoint list, that updates a repeating table on my infopath form.

the problem is after a while the list will get very long, and i only want the last few entries to show up. is this possible?

also, the latest entry in sharepoint is shown at the bottom of my repeating table, is there any way to make it so the latest shows on the top of my table?

also, can i change the order of the repeating table (headers) without changing the sharepoint list?

thanks in advance!
