https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/46.aspx For questions concerning issues in the integration of SharePoint and Microsoft InfoPath.enCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/39821.aspxMon, 23 Mar 2009 00:42:50 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:39821breakfix0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/39821.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=46&PostID=39821<p>Infopath 2003 , Sharepoint 2.0</p> <p>Hi, </p> <p>I have a clothing inventory stored in a sharepoint list.&nbsp; There are columns for Item Description, Unit_Price, Available_Sizes etc ...</p> <p>What I&#39;d like to do is have a repeating section where users can select the Items from the Sharepoint site via a dropdown box.&nbsp; Once the item is selected, I&#39;d like the other two fields to populate with that items price and a dropdown of available sizes.&nbsp; I cannot get this to work. </p> <p>I set the Price field to pull from the Sharepoint list with a filter set to the Unit_Price field with the following filter:&nbsp; <strong>Item Description= current()/my:Item</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; If the Price field is a textbox, nothing happens.&nbsp; If I change it to a dropdown or list box,&nbsp; the price appears but the default is blank and you need to scroll down to see the price.&nbsp; If you then put a Set Field action on the Item dropdown box, it again does nothing if the Price field is a text box but will set the default to the price if the field is changed to dropdown or list.&nbsp; This only works for the first repeating section though, the next section will have the price set to the price of the Item in the first drop down section.&nbsp;</p> <p>Can anybody see what&#39;s going wrong? </p> <p>Many thanks.</p>
