Error-Must Select a Repeating Group when using Web Service

I am using InfoPath 2003 adn trying to populate a dropdown list by calling the GetUserCollectionFromSite web service to get info about users and I am getting the following error: You must select a repeating group or field.

When I look at the Select a Field or Group form, i see folders but no fields

Any ideas on what I need to do to get this to work.
