Once a form's data has been submitted to a database for storage in xml format, the only way to pull the data back to the InfoPath form in Sharepoint is programmatically. Is there a way to do this with Sharepoint without the need of a programmer?

Here's an example of what we want..

Step 1:
User A uses Sharepoint to fill out and submit an InfoPath form that saves the form data to SQL Server.

Step 2:
User B wants to pull up that data in Sharepoint for review.
