I have created a portal(in Java) from which I need to access these forms.

My requirement is as follows:
1) I need to connect to sharepoint server from my portal by passing the user credentials so that no username/password dialogue box pops up. Is this possible?
2) I need to access all the published forms(I think this is possible because when we publish a form, the URL of the forms are avaliable)
3) I need to retrieve the form instance already filled in by the user and display it. Is there any API/webservices provided? How do we identify that a particular portal user submitted this instance?
4)I need to get the data of a submitted form. Is there any API available for this?

I'm new to this concept and any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Jenz
