The main way to copy the link is to go to "Modify Settings and Columns" in the form library, and then at the top you will see the XSN URL (it's not hyperlinked). You can copy that one and send it in email and it should work fine. Note, the users have to realize though that they must click OPEN and not SAVE the template to their hard drive. We typically mention this in the email immediately next to the hyperlink in parenthesis, "(Click OPEN when promped.).

Saving InfoPath Template from SharePoint to E-mail

I copied the link to an InfoPath template that was published in SharePoint and then e-mailed the template to my test users. Only ones with administrative rights on my computer were allowed to access the template. I guess it tracked it back to my computer instead of the SharePoint address?? <br />Is there a way to disperse the form to a large number of user without having them fill it out in Sharepoint (for exapmle via e-mail)as long as the address on the submit button is the SharePoint Library for that form?
