I do have some links to outside SharePoint sources in the form, but these users have access to these places and can navigate to them in SharePoint. Any other thoughts?

Re: Link to InfoPath form not working

Hi Amy, Welcome to the forum,

By default infopath will have restricted security level(In this , Form can not access the data outside of the form),
I think users who are getting error may accessing data outside of the form,
To overcome this issue give domain security level for your infopath form.

Follow below steps:
1. Open the form in design mode.
2. Go to tools menu and select "Form Options".
3. In "Form options" , clcik on "Security" Tab.
4. uncheck the "Automaticaly determine security level based on form's design" check box
5. Check the "Domain(the form can access content from the domain in which it is located)" and clcik "OK" button.
6. Save the form.

I hope this will solve your problem,

Thanks.

Link to InfoPath form not working

I'm doing a project where I've created an InfoPath form and am linking it up to a SharePoint form library. Certain people are getting this error: "This form cannot be opened because it requests domain security level and is only allowed restricted security level. Contact the form author to resolve this issue." Only certain users are getting this error and many others are able to get into the form using the link which is outside of the form library. For those that are having troubles, they are able to open the form in the form library just fine. Because of what I am doing with my project, they need to be able to use just the link. I've tried playing with Internet and InfoPath security and I can't seem to fix it.
