It will also mean completely replacing the current DOM with the XML pulled down from the next form in the library.

Re: reviewing submitted data

Sorry I probably didn't explain myself properly. I don't actually want the user to have to use share point at all, another tool they need to be trained on. What I want, is to have the same ability as you have within access where you can toggle between entries. So the user could select a button titled next, that then recalls the data from the next form within the library, populating this data into InfoPath.

Re: reviewing submitted data

You also might want to check out using Promoted Properties. In the last step of the SharePoint publish wizard you are given the chance to add promoted properties to your form. If you add these properties, you will be able to have a quick glance at some of the information from the form because it is displayed in columns right there on the library page in SharePoint!

Re: reviewing submitted data

Hi ccarter,

yes, we can review the data in form, which is opened from sharepoint, after submitted it to sharepoint,
when we submit the form to sharepoint, form is submitted to sharepoint and data is saved ,,
when we open the form from sharepoint library, we can see the data and we also able to edit data and we can also resubmit the form.

I hope this will help for you,

Thanks.

reviewing submitted data

I was wondering how easy it would be to recall data from submitted forms in InfoPath from a share point form library. The scenario would be that I have a user that only has InfoPath; they submit a number of forms to a share point library. By using the form can they have the ability to flick through the forms library by viewing the data held within the library in an open form.

I hope this makes sense
