You can do this when you design your form, or you can wait until you publish the form to the form library.

In design mode, open the form template for which you want to specify form library columns.
Do one of the following:

Specify form library columns when designing a form

In design mode, click Form Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Form Library Columns tab.
Do one of the following:

To add a column, click Add, click the field or repeating group for which you want to create a column, and then type a name for the column in the Column name box.

Tip

If you click a repeating field, you can define how you want to display data from the field in the form library by clicking a value in the Choose a function to use on repeating data box.
You can choose whether to display the first value in the field, the last value, a count of all occurrences of the field, or whether to merge all of the values together.

...

To modify a column, click the column in the list, click Modify, and then make the appropriate changes.

Specify form library columns when publishing a form

In design mode, click Publish on the File menu.
On the first page of the Publishing Wizard, click Next.
...
[continue through the wizard till you get to add nodes to be columns in sharepoint]
Do one of the following:

To add a column, click Add, click the field or repeating group for which you want to create a column, and then type a name for the column in the Column name box.

...

To modify a column, click the column in the list, click Modify, and then make the appropriate changes.

To finish the wizard, click Finish." - Microsoft Office Infopath Help
Re: Populating data from repeating tables

Sorry should have explained myself a little better. The repeating table has three cells (drop downs) linked to 3 separate share point lists. The user is able to create multiple entries based on these values. I have also created a submit function which saves the form back to a form library within share point. On submitting, the 3 cells within the table are linked to 3 new fields within share point enabling you to see the data published within the form, within a column in the library. However if there are multiple line entries only the 1st set of data is published. What I would like to do see is each line item for each cell populated within one cell of the corresponding column in share point.

Well that#%92s as clear as mud!
Re: Populating data from repeating tables

When you say submit to sharepoint, what exactly do you mean?
