Set this as 50000 or some similar large number and you will get all the items in the form library.

Shanthi
InfoPath Dev India

Re: Filter Select from List

hi,

im not too familiar with the IP interface, since i prefer the customization powers of managed code, but i think that Faust just made an excellent How To on the subject:http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=7bc880f391b84ea9b3b45c6fbecc07c6

also fetching a filtered list using sharepoint lists.asmx web services in managed code will do what you ask. The choice is yours :-)

Check out the GetListItems webmethod:<br /http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/spptsdk/html/soapmListsGetListItems_SV01034350.asp

you can invoke the web service with a CAML query that extracts the items that match your criteria:

<Query>
<Where>
<Lt>
<FieldRef Name="ID" />
<Value Type="Counter">3</Value>
</Lt>
</Where>
</Query>

hth

//AndersR

Filter Select from List

I know several people have written about issues selecting from WSS lists. For instance like the 100 item issue.

I was wanting to add criteria to my select such that I can say, get all items from a WSS where requisition number (a custom column) equal to the requisition number in my InfoPath's XML DOM. Although, when setting up a data connection to WSS I am not given any options to constrain the items returned from the WSS list. Has anyone tried this before?

Thanks
