I am stuck in a very annoying problem right now. I am trying to somehow create a new folder when a new item is created. Here is my scenario. I have a info path form with repeating section and tables. It is a grocery list per say. In my form I add all the information and when I save it to share point it saves every item as its own form. So if Bob, adds apples, bananas and oranges to his list instead of having it save all the items in the same form it saves it as Form1, Bob adds apples. Form 2, Bob adds bananas. Form 3, Bob adds oranges. So that's my issue I need to create a list but keep them all at once.

Currently my work around is data connection to these items and I can only create a few formatting rules such as If Name (main data connection) is not equal to Name (Secondary Data Connection) hide this control. This works perfectly however if someone else named Bob created there own list it adds his items as well which is not good. I can't filter there ID out as it always saves them with a different ID. I was wondering if anybody knew how to create a unique ID that would increment itself when a new form is created or how I could view all the list even if people have the same names.

I was also hoping to know if anybody knew how to make share point automatically create a new folder when the add new item is clicked. I was hoping I could create folders and store every persons list in that folder.

Thank you.
