I think you should open a support ticket with Microsoft - SharePoint Online is a black box, and only Microsoft will be able to check the logs and so forth. Suddenly, when I hit the&nbsp;New&nbsp;control from the SharePoint list, the IP form doesn&#39;t open. All that happens is that the list is redisplayed. Any thoughts? I&#39;ve checked permissions, deleted the form from the server and republished. I&#39;m at a loss.</p>
