They were fine on the old MOSS system. Now we are using SharePoint online&nbsp;it seems to be playing up and the only difference is that I have had to convert the form to work on SharePoint. SO all the submit buttons and data connections are the same. I wondered if it was something to do with being online/cloud based&nbsp;now as before we weren&#39;t. Strange one. I suppose I would try a test form, see if the issue reproduces. I checked all the boxes but to no avail, the form came into our account twice again. So frustrating. I know the form is set to close after each rule, but perhaps try checking the &quot;don&#39;t run remaining rules&quot; checkbox in each of your submit rules and republish. See if that helps. However; when you hit the submit button it goes off into the shared mailbox twice (this happens most of the time but not every time) although the form is only submitting once into the form library. Any idea why this is happening and how I can make it stop.....? Could it be something to do with Outlook? Any advice would be great thanks. Regards Alison
