As said before - most people have not selected the "remember me" box. So it looks like being "logged out" or timing out is what the issue is. Most users (while troubleshooting) do not have this checked - so I think this is a good probability that this is the cause.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Frankie D.

Re: New Form error message

Maybe they could also try updating their cached form? It's really strange. And yup - everyone is using internet explorer, this is a filler form, and everyone has office 365 (might not have the "remember me" clicked, but they are in the SharePoint site). Some things that have worked - opening a new form with the filled in form open. Once a new form is opened, the user can submit the filled in form. Sometimes saving to their desktop, closing and reopen the form and the form submits. Another one is for a user to open an already submitted form and submitting. Once they do that, the new form works. There doesn't seem to be a consistent fix, mostly a "try this" until something works - aka the bigger hammer approach. The good news - it seems that once a user submits a form, no further problems occur. Either way, I agree that this is very strange. Just wanted to give an update on this in case some of these "fixes" sparks something.

Thanks for your help with this - I do appreciate it.

Re: New Form error message

Wow, I really don't know. Everyone is using the same browser? This is a filler form, right? I have an IP form published to SP Online with Office 365. Some users receive an error that they don't have access, the site is offline, form is read only . . . . (a few reasons listed in the message). However, the user is able to open a current form and submit. So the issue seems to occur with new forms. For some users - I had them try to save to their desktop, open form there, and then submit. That works for some users but not others. The users that this "trick" doesn't work still are experiencing issues submitting a new form. Once a user is able to submit a form - it looks like all works fine, but I am trying to figure out the initial issue. Any thoughts on where I should go from here? I have the other trick on going into tools/compatibility and adding the site as a trusted site and again - it works for some users, but not everyone. Let me know if you have any ideas on what could be causing the issue.

Thanks,

Frankie D.
