I have an lnfoPath form that is a Content Type in the root of the site collection. The Submit button concatenates 3 fields including now() to create the unique file name and then saves to a form library in the SharePoint subsite of whichever department they&#39;ve chosen in the form. All the other submit button formulas for the other departments work correctly and overwrite the existing forms. However, one department does NOT save over the existing file even though &quot;allow overwrite if file exists&quot; is selected in the data connection wizard. Any ideas? </p>
