When submitted, there should be 5 complete records in the SharePoint list.

I have tried using the xml method I found here https://salnikan.wordpress.com/2013/10/16/inserting-multiple-list-items-at-once-into-a-sharepoint-list/ but it doesn't allow me to use dropdowns for some reason. I then looked into the CAML approach - is this my only option? It seems very time consuming/complicated but that's not my world so it might be fairly simple for others.

Any ideas on how to go about this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Toni
