Hoping for some guidance. I'm working on a form for my employees that will show when they last passed a test.

Currently, they enter their employee number into a text box and I have created a button with a data connection to a Sharepoint list of everyone's details.
This query then fills in a repeating table that displays the date their test expires.

What I would like is that based on this result, it will display another section. So if their test hasn't expired the section is hidden, but if the date has passed then it displays another section.
I have tried to add the following conditional formatting "date field is greater than today then hide section", but it doesn't seem to work.
I am guessing this is because someone in the list has a date that is not greater than today, and it looks through the whole list. I need it to only look at the date of the corresponding staff number that has been entered in to the search box.

I'm afraid I only have Sharepoint and InfoPath 2003 to work in. No access to MS Access or any InfoPath/Sharepoint addons.

Hopefully someone can help me out.

Thanks in advance.
Chris.
