This did not work either. In IE 11 it wraps but breaks words. In Chrome it doesnt wrap at all. This seems like a major fault. Any other ideas? Open a ticket with microsoft.

I encountered similar issue last week, that Multiple-Line text support suddenly stop working well. And today, I noticed the issue is just gone, and multiple-line is working fine.

I am afraid this might be O365 automatic update, and they fixed it later....

Hi W,

You can run IE11 in compatibility mode. Click on the gear tool and select Compatibility View settings.

You might also look at the display settings for the multi line text box. If it is set to 100% width you could try setting the width to be a fixed number of pixels.

All,

I've a text box, with multi-line ticked.

On my form, if the text goes onto multiple lines words can be broken up and split onto two lines.

This appears to be browser rendering issue. If I view the page under IE 8 using IE developer tools, the word wrapping works as expected.

Can I force the form to be opened in IE 8 or do something else.
