Promoted the columns to appear as Site columns. I have two questions </p><p> 1. When I am trying to create workflows using SP Designer 2013 the columns are not listed in &quot;SET&quot; and &quot;UPDATE&quot;. But I am able to see those columns in &quot;IF&quot; statement. Why are they not showing up in &quot;SET&quot; and &quot;UPDATE&quot;? </p><p> 2. Is it possible to use existing columns (core document columns) like Title, Version, etc inside the InfoPath document?</p>
