The problem comes when I have a new form for a new facility, the auto number I have setup doesn&#39;t have anything to &quot;grab&quot;. The auto number is setup with a function that takes the ticket number and compares the facility number on the form to the facility number on the SharePoint library and adds a number to the facility number. Is there a specific condition/rule I need to setup to allow my form to generate the first number? I hope I explained this well enough, if not I can answer specific questions. Thanks
