External content type - how to update the main data source without starting from scratch.

I have a table in SQL which I have connected to SharePoint with an external content type. I have an InfoPath form working on this table.

My users have defined a new column for the sql table - which I have accommodated. I have also updated the external content type to include the new column.

But I don't know how to update the main data source in the InfoPath form, without letting SharePoint create a new InfoPath form. I have created some calculation fields, an xml secondary datasource and lots of formatting, so I really would like not to have to start from scratch again.
