If you are dealing with 100 entries or more, you can add a search feature (here you can use the drop-down you've mentioned) to narrow down the list of items queried and displayed. On your dashboard's table, add a column which will hold the value of the link to the submitted form.

For more info, check out this webinar regarding InfoPath Tutorial - InfoPath Dashboards

Regards,

Edit submitted form in infopath

Hi,

i'm new in this forum, and i havent been able to find a solution on the folowing.

I made a form in infopath2010 that you submit to a form library in sharepoint 2010. containing names and skills of a person. Than if the skills change i would like to update the form with the new skills on that person and save it. My idea is to do that in Infopath as well so nobody need to edit directly in the for library but everything in the form. is it posible to load the submitted data by choosing the name in a dropdown?

I have no idea what that function would be called.

Thanks in advance.
