Does it mean then that I would actually access the SharePoint list data through the InfoPath form, as opposed to selecting multiple list items (each one would populate a form) from SharePoint and (somehow) selecting them to print via the pre-designed InfoPath form?

Byron.

Re: Print multiple Infopath forms on a single page

Hello Byron,

In order to create a view with multiple "forms" you would need to design the view with a repeating section, and implement something like a dropdown to select the item when you insert a new form.

With qRules you could do the same thing, only upon selection of an item the logic could automatically add the item to the print view with all the data. In this case the commands would be Insert and SetValue to accomplish the auto add. you would still need a repeating section with the form design and a print view.

Hope that helps!
Bre

Print multiple Infopath forms on a single page

Hi,

I have a SharePoint list that is connected to an InfoPath form, and the designed form is only about 2 inches high (meaning I could fit about 5 on a regular page).

What I would like to do is be able to select (up to) 5 SharePoint list items and have them populate 5 Infopath forms displayed on a single sheet of paper (which could then be printed). Right now I can only select one at a time, print a single sheet of paper with one form populated on it.

Any thoughts?

Byron
