Hi I have multiple infpath forms that fields populated by formuals, these fields are used as 'due dates' for tasks that are carried out with my area. I have other fields for recording whom and when it was completed, so only the due date is in the due date field.

I want to know is it possible to link those due date fields into a SP calendar that can be viewed as a calendar with it then linking into outlook 2007. I would also like to then be able to have outlook notify if a task was not completed by the date it was due.

I am happy to go in a re-write the formulas ro add in other data connections for the fields but i have been asked to avoid using coding as no-one else in the business will be able to modify it.

Any ideas or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

thanks
