Copy multiple selection choice column from one list to another

Hi All,

I need some assistance to copy items with multitple selection choice columns from one list to another. I am open to using SharePoint Designer workflow or InfoPath form. I cannot use any code, code such as Visual Studio or JQuery. Currently, I have been partially successfully i.e. the selected choices do get copied over, however, in the destination list all the choices get combined as one comma separated choice.

Below is a screenshot of the destination list. I have tried two columns types in the destination list, the choice column with multiple selection (on the top) and single line text (on the bottom). As you can see in the choice column a new choice is added instead of selecting the existing choices
