I have different sites with the code for making a stopwatch in Visual Basics, but to make the stopwatch work I would need to insert a timer from the toolbox in Visual Basics.
When I go to insert the timer I am unable to because it is grayed out.

If anyone can offer me any advise it will be appreciated :)
