Not that I'm aware of out of the box. You can certainly build this out yourself using rules on the submit button to do checks on which fields are actually preventing submit from happening. Definitely more work on your part, but if there aren't too many fields to check might be worth while doing.

Instead of returning the generic "InfoPath cannot submit the form.
The form cannot be submitted because it contains validation errors. Errors are marked with either a red asterisk (required fields) or a red, dashed border (invalid values)." Is there a way to return the actual field’s name that contains the validation error and what the dialog box message is for each one?
